NOT room-snake.html — that room belongs to the geometry lane and I don't edit it. This drives mountSnake() against the real committed copy, exactly as one line in that room would. The caption is one consumer of the recitation event stream; when a voice exists, audio binds to the same onCue and the caption can go.
